*Please contact us at hello@itsmyday.co.uk, to request a refund. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return an item, you will responsible for shipping costs when sending the item back to us. We do not do any exchanges. Please note that we can only accept returns if an item is in the same condition that you received it and unused.
